2. Products and Services

Nisarga is an authorised reseller and distributor of document scanners and related digitization products from leading brands including Ricoh (PFU), Kodak Alaris, and others. We also provide digitization services, maintenance, and support. All product descriptions, specifications, and prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Quotations and Orders

• Quotations provided via email or the website are valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated.
• An order is confirmed only upon receipt of a written purchase order and advance payment as agreed.
• Nisarga reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.
• Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4. Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to stock availability, logistics, or force majeure events.
• Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the specified address.
• Nisarga is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

5. Returns and Cancellations

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the product is defective or not as described. Products must be returned in original packaging with all accessories. Cancellations after order confirmation are subject to a restocking fee as per our prevailing policy. Custom orders and software licences are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

6. Warranty

All hardware products carry the manufacturer's standard warranty. Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions. Nisarga facilitates warranty service but is not the primary warrantor. Software and consumables are covered by their respective licensor or manufacturer warranties.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and software — is the property of Nisarga or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nisarga shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the invoice value of the specific product or service that gave rise to the claim.
